At OEG we believe that project management can make or break a job.
For this very reason we appoint a dedicated project manager to each project giving a single point of contact for the duration of the works. The project manager will keep his finger on the pulse, providing continual progress assessments and inform the client of all that’s happening.
Any unexpected issues will be reported along with an explanation of how they are going to be resolved.
The final works are checked over in fine detail in order to ensure the new interior space is handed over snag-free.
