OEG Interiors - Design & Build | Project Management
  • Design and build

Design & Build can be defined as allowing a single company to take care of every aspect of your office interior fit out; from planning permission and interior design to construction and move-in day.

Dealing with just the one supplier brings immediate and ongoing benefits, the reason being because almost all the work is done in-house with one integrated and committed team who are totally passionate about your project.

Perhaps most importantly, an original part of the Design & Build process is parallel working, which helps move forward the finish date of projects. This is because in the more traditionally used methods the designer & contractors are individual sprinters ina relay, who has to pass on the baton before the next contractor is able to start.

Design & Build contractors are able to complete tasks so that as many as possible can run at the same time, which helps the project complete on time. So with Design & Build everybody can be sprinting simultaneously, integrating precisely to ensure a seamless process.
