Our eternally-positive design leader. Always up-to-speed on the very latest in workplace design trends Lucy loves sharing her knowledge and experience to help others. Lover of the great outdoors, especially camping with her husband and two boys.

Dale Burton

Head of Projects

Proud Yorkshire man and expert project leader. Dale is always setting the pace whether it's delivering projects or on his bike.

Shane Kugler

Head of Sales

Getting that deep understanding of a client’s workplace challenges is what Shane’s role is all about. A dedicated rugby fan, Shane spends most of his weekends on and around the pitch, whether that be coaching or just as an avid supporter.

Giedre Vadoklyte

Workspace Designer

Described by her colleagues as creative and trendy, our coffee loving Lithuanian adores getting to grips with a client’s brief and creating a beautiful design to suit their requirements. Relaxation comes in the form of cooking, reading or exercising.

Interior Designer

Alicja is at home designing beautiful spaces for our lovely clients. A lover of the outdoors, outside of work she will be found enjoying countryside & coastal walks with her family and Stanley the dog

Workplace Consultant

A humorous and friendly member of the team, Silas takes the time to work closely with our fabulous clients and gain a deeper understanding of their furniture requirements. Passionate Liverpool FC supporter, F1 fan and hater of damp towels!

Multi-talented and contagiously enthusiastic. A lover of helping others Carole fills her working day telling prospective clients how we can enhance their working environment. Carole is also a passionate photographer.

Geoff Biggs

Head of Projects (Laboratory)

Having been supplying laboratories all his working life there’s not a lot Geoff doesn’t know about the industry. When not involved in developing the next scientific scheme he will be found enjoying time with his family.

Interior Designer & 3D Visualiser

An all-round creative, Nick is our multi-talented designer come sportsman come musician. Committed to delivering his very best from brief interpretation to project delivery Nick is not one to admit defeat. He’s also a keen photographer.

Cleo Allen

Business Development Manager

Keen networker and fitness enthusiast, Cleo fills her working hours unearthing new business opportunities. As a keen traveller she’s visited nearly every continent and last year she spontaneously did a tandem skydive.

Gavin Biggs

Furniture Manager

When Gavin’s not ensuring that the furniture element of every OEG project is running smoothly he’ll probably be found working towards gaining his pilot’s license. Interested in anything fast and furious but mainly F1 or military jets.

Selwyn Doling

Pre-Contracts Manager

Master of OEG’s unique estimating programme, Selwyn’s task is to ensure our wonderful clients enjoy maximum value. When not searching out great value engineering opportunities Selwyn can be found computer programming.

Gary Fenton

Management Accountant

Gary keeps a watchful eye on the financials of every project, producing timely, useful information to shape decisions made by the business. Gary's a family man and Netflix boxset addict and on weekends can be found keeping his opponent busy on the tennis courts.

Sarah Cassar

Project Coordinator

Bubbly and out-going, our fun-loving project coordinator revels in the challenge of keeping our project sites organised and safe. When not on work duties Sarah will be found in the gym or walking her dog Poppy in the countryside.

Patrycja Hedrych

Accounts Assistant

Super organised, Patrycja deals with all sales and purchase invoices, manages expenses and ensures we are always paid on time. As an ultra-competitive sport fanatic, spare time is spent dominating the volleyball courts or cheering for her son at football matches!

Hazel Huntley

Finance Manager

Loyal and super organised, Hazel loves keeping things straight whether it’s OEG’s finances or gardening at home. Time out is spent with family and friends.

Chris Nunn

Conformance Manager

With meticulous attention to detail Chris maintains OEG’s many all-important accreditations ensuring our client’s piece of mind. A keen volunteer of a number of local community causes and an accomplished pianist.
